Most of the people who reach out have never done this before. And that's perfectly fine. The first session is just a chat – a time to talk, to be heard, and to work out if this is the right fit for you. And don't worry if you don't have the right words or if you don't know how to start. Just take the first step.

Absolutely. What is shared is kept between us. The sessions are conducted in a way that is consistent with professional and ethical standards. The only times when confidentiality is not possible are the usual exceptions that are made for all therapy and counselling. But these will be discussed from the very beginning. You are free to talk and be yourself here.

The session is conducted over video and is 50 minutes long. There is no set agenda or any kind of checklist. We do what is most important to you for that session – whether that is working through a difficult situation, a pattern that keeps repeating itself, or even exploring who you are and where you are headed. Biblical truth and therapy tools are naturally integrated into the session – not imposed. It is a very honest and open kind of chat.

It's professional therapy, delivered by a fully qualified therapist. This means it's clinical, ethical, and evidence-based. It's also faith-based, meaning that you're not "checking your faith at the door." Rather, your faith is part of the solution.
If you're familiar with pastoral care, you'll know that this is different. This is different because it's more in-depth, and that's intentional.

This service has been created specifically for Christians, or people who at least don't object to a Bible-based approach. This means that if you're a Christian, and your faith is a big part of who you are, you'll feel at home here.

This is an online service, meaning you can access support no matter where you are in the world, not just in the UK. You don't have to travel to a specific location or adjust your schedule to fit in a face-to-face appointment. All you need is a quiet space and a decent internet connection.

The frequency of appointments will depend on you and what you're comfortable with. Most people start with weekly or fortnightly appointments, but we'll discuss what works best for you at the beginning, and you can adjust as you go.

This varies greatly from person to person. Some people achieve a lot in a short time, while others benefit from a longer, more ongoing approach. The goal is never to create a dependent relationship, only to create real, meaningful change.
